How to use the On-call Doctor

Typical conditions seen during the private on-call service include fever, cough, sore throat, illness in children, abdominal pain, and back or joint pain. However, you are welcome to enquire by phone about any other symptoms or conditions and our doctor will assess if it is suited to the on-call service or if you should be seen elsewhere.

The cost of a home visit varies depending on the distance travelled, the consultation itself, and any emergency medication provided. It is usually between 1,500 and 3,500kr. Additional patients in the same household with acute illnesses can be seen for 600kr per person. Payment is possible by MobilePay or cash.
