Certificates and vaccinations
There are many types of medical certificates and attestations.
These can be ordered by yourself, the municipality, your place or work or study, your pension fund or insurance company, or others.
Please state the type of certificate or declaration that must be filled in when you book your appointment so sufficient time can be set aside, and please bring any necessary information along with you to the appointment.
Some certificates, for example sick leave, are associated with self payment. In this instance we do not send an invoice to your employer. We ask that you pay for the appointment and certificate and settle the finances with your employer privately.
Prices:
Driving license certificate: 550kr
Documentation for private health insurance: 600kr per 15 min
Certificate for cancellation of travel: 550kr
Duration declaration / freehand certificate / sickness declaration: 500kr per 15 min
Freehand certificate (student): 250kr
Vaccinations:
Travel consultation: 500kr (100kr per subsequent person)
Vaccinations performed during consultation: 145kr
DiTe boost (diphtheria, tetanus): 150kr
Influenza <65 years: 175kr
Meningitis ACWY: 700kr
Pneumococcus: on prescription
Zostavax: 1450kr
Varicellar (Chickenpox): 700kr
MMR under 12 months: 175kr
Travel vaccinations:
Enerix (Hepatitis B): 350kr adult, 300kr child
Havrix (Hepatitis A): 450kr adult, 350kr child
Twinrix (Hepatitis A + B): 850kr adult, 700kr child
Yellow fever: 600kr
Japanese encephalitis: 1000kr
Cholera and rotavirus: on prescription
TBE (Central European encephalitis): 500kr
Rabies: 750kr
Typhoid: 400kr
